At One Man & a Toolbox, our priority is keeping your home safe. Here are steps we are taking to limit exposure to the virus for you, your family, our team and their families.

1. We have confirmed that none of our team members have traveled outside of the United States or to any of the current outbreak regions in the last several weeks.

2. We are insisting that a team member displaying symptoms of any respiratory illness or fever stay home until cleared by a physician. 

3. We are checking each team member’s temperature every workday morning. If anyone has a fever, we are sending them back home and instructing them to consult a physician.

4. We are instructing all team members to wash their hands multiple times a day and we are equipping all service vehicles and facilities with hand-washing materials to do so. 

5. Before entering your home, each technician will wash their hands, wear a new pair of disposable gloves, and new pair of disposable shoe covers

6. We are canceling service calls to homes where someone has been quarantined or displays symptoms of a respiratory illness or has a fever. 

We are confident that our nation has taken appropriate actions for all our well-beings during this time, and as a company we will follow suit.
